This privacy statement outlines how the ‘business’ Joyful Living Consultancy and website (Joyful Living with Sana Turnock) manages your personal information in respect to your privacy. The policy may be amended from time to time to reflect business operational decisions and/or changes.

Receiving information

The information you provide by subscribing to the website (Joyful Living with Sana Turnock) means you will be sent/emailed newsletters and other information from time-to-time based on programs or specials on offer. You will receive such information as in your initial subscriber form you indicated certain areas of interest. The intention of Joyful Living with Sana Turnock is not to spam anyone continuously with promotional or marketing material.

Data Retention & sharing

Data from workshop/program registration is taken and kept on file for future similar events and you will be put on a mailing list. You are free to make contact and ask to be removed from receiving such information at any time.
Typical information which is kept includes your name, email, phone number, address and areas of product/services/program interest.

Data provided by you will not be shared to external parties unless a collaborative event is taking place and certain contact details are required for operational or practical reasons. This would include a name, email and/or contact number and be restricted to the collaborator. Payment done via the website enters into the Pay Pal platform and sits on the platform unless you choose to make a direct deposit or provide credit card details by phone. Information is keyed into Square (payment app).

You are welcome to update or unsubscribe to newsletters or email contact at any time. There is an unsubscribe button on the newsletter. Please send a reply ‘unsubscribe’ email if that is the way you receive information. Please send an email to update information.


While Joyful Living with Sana Turnock can work with children 1:1 it is not without parental consent or a parent/guardian/teacher or other such professional being in the room (or in a waiting area). Workshops or programs are not suitable for children to attend on their own. Authorised consent is required from a parent and all registration details must be completed by a parent/guardian if a young person under 18 wishes to attend a program.

Anyone under the age of 18 is not to complete a registration form or take part in a program without parent/guardian consent or without discussing the situation with business owner/educator Sana Turnock.

If, for some reason, an underage person takes part in a Joyful Living with Sana Turnock service or program without Sana’s knowledge, the facilitator or business (Joyful Living Consultancy) are not to be held responsible for any action/in action or decision made by the under age participant.
